Shipping Time Frame

We will deliver your doll to your doorstep within 5-12 business days:

  • Processing will take 1~3 business days
  • Shipping will take 2-15 days (depending on your location)

Note: Some dolls may take up to 3 weeks (2 weeks manufacturing time and 5-12 days for shipping). For more information, please contact us via email at support@adultgoodies.com

A tracking number will be provided once the item is ready to ship. You will be able to track your product once its in transit.

Cost of Shipping

We offer free shipping on any sex doll.

Discreet Shipping

By default, the doll will be shipped to the address you provided when placing the order.

Your anonymity is the our priority! We keep things as discreet! Your package will be in a neutral box. There is no information on the package that will reveal the content of the box.

Shipping Destinations

We can deliver your sex doll in most countries, including Asia, Europe, and North America. We even deliver to remote locations in these regions. To setup your order please send us an email @ support@adultgoodies.com

Shipping Companies

Depend on the destination, your item will ship via FedEx, DHL or UPS.

Shipping Procedure

Your doll will be assembled, quality checked, and packed with care. The following procedures will take place after you place your order with us:

  1. An order confirmation will be email to you after we receive the payment
  2. We start assembling your doll
  3. Once the doll is ready to ship, we will send you a notification along with the tracking number
  4. Item will be delivered to your home

 

Cancel Order

Order cancelation is only possible with the first 24 hours. The dolls will be prepped for shipping after 4 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward.

Please note there is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options.

Returns

All our dolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving.

  • We will replace your product within 2 days after you receive it if the product has issues such as logistic damages. You must not use the product dolls have special films that break on contact with fluids.
  • Photos must be taken BEFORE you break tape on box if damages are present! Photos of Package are needed as box is opened and as doll is removed! Videos are preferred for fastest processing.
  • We cannot replace the product if the damages are incurred by the customer. However, we can supply instructional videos and tools for you to do the repair.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return
  • We can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders

Please contact us via email at with your order number about damages before trying to return the item.

Exchanges

Exchange will be made after receiving the returned package and confirming that the doll is intact and unused.
